Job summary

Aspire Supports in New Jersey is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct behavioral support under BCBA supervision. Services occur in community and residential settings, with a focus on ethical, person-centered care and data-driven progress.

The ideal candidate has an active RBT certification, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), and reliable transportation with a NJ driver’s license. Flexible scheduling and supportive supervision are offered.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification (required).
• High School Diploma (Bachelor’s preferred).
• 1+ year experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid NJ driver’s license.
• Ability to pass background screening.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs).
• Collect and record objective behavioral data.
• Implement skill acquisition programs.
• Utilize positive reinforcement and function-based interventions.
• Support functional communication training (FCT).
• Maintain professional communication with supervisors and team members.
• Complete required documentation in a timely manner.
• Participate in supervision and team meetings.
