Job summary

Brighter Strides ABA, LLC is seeking caring, motivated RBTs to join our team for in-home ABA therapy with children who have ASD. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA and provide personalized sessions in clients' homes, collecting data and contributing to ongoing treatment planning.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable vehicle and transportation essential.
• Dependable, punctual and professional.
• Willingness to complete a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes.
• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and enter session data electronically.
• Participate in BCBA supervision and team meetings.
• Build positive relationships with children and families.
