Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide ABA-based therapy to children in home, school, or community settings. This part-time position offers mentorship, career growth opportunities, and a pathway to full-time as caseloads expand.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, collecting data, and collaborating with families and the clinical team. Flexible scheduling and travel support are available for in-home sessions.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA, childcare, education or related fields.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
