Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to support children in home, school, or community settings, with mentorship and career growth opportunities.

You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA, record progress, and collaborate with families and clinical teams. Flexible scheduling, local travel, and potential to grow into full-time are provided as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on the floor and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams; attend team meetings and professional development sessions.
