Job summary

PBS Corp. is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children in home, school or community settings. You will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to foster learning and independence.

Candidates should have an active RBT certification, experience in ABA settings, and be willing to travel for in-home sessions. Growth opportunities toward BCBA and flexible scheduling are offered.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, transfer from sitting to standing unassisted and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
