Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to foster learning and independence.

Opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, with flexible scheduling, quarterly bonuses, and career growth support. Travel locally for in-home sessions is required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related fields is preferred.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
