Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.

You will implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA, use positive reinforcement, and collect data to monitor progress. We offer part-time roles with potential for full-time growth as caseloads expand, flexible scheduling, travel reimbursement where applicable, and opportunities to advance to BCBA with our support.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related settings.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams for success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
