Acclimate ABA is seeking a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools, and community settings. The role involves implementing BCBA-created plans, data collection, and documenting progress, while collaborating with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB is required.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Commitment to supporting clients with compassion and professionalism.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during sessions to track client progress.
• Write clear, detailed session notes documenting outcomes and improvements.
• Collaborate with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to promote learning and skill development.
