Acclimate ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver individualized ABA therapy under a BCBA supervision. You will help implement treatment plans, support skill development, and monitor progress across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and be dependable.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community-based settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collect and accurately record session data to measure progress toward treatment goals.
• Complete clear, accurate, and timely session notes.
• Communicate client progress and relevant observations to the supervising BCBA.
• Collaborate with supervisors, colleagues, and caregivers to support consistent treatment.
• Follow clinical protocols, ethical standards, confidentiality requirements, and safety procedures.
• Participate in required supervision, training, and professional development activities.
