Job summary

Total Care ABA in Show Low, AZ is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home and in-school ABA services across Arizona. Join a compassionate team dedicated to helping children reach their potential and grow professionally.

You will deliver individualized ABA therapy, implement BCBA plans, and collect data while traveling to clients’ homes. This role offers flexible schedules and opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
• Active BACB registration.
• High School Diploma or GED and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• ABA experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress.
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress.
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services.
• Services provided in-person throughout Arizona.
