Job summary

Total Care ABA in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home and in-school ABA services to children with autism across Arizona. Flexible schedules and growth opportunities are offered.

You will work with a BCBA-developed treatment plan, collect data, and support skill development while traveling to client sites. The role welcomes both experienced RBTs and those seeking to grow in ABA.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification preferred
• Active registration with the BACB
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in-person throughout Arizona
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement
