Job summary

Total Care ABA in Peoria, AZ is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver in-home and in-school ABA therapy for children with autism across Arizona. Flexible schedules include full-time and part-time positions with opportunities for professional development and tuition discounts.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, collecting client data, and collaborating with families and BCBA teams.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred and active BACB registration
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Travel to client’s homes and community settings as required
