Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring an RBT to work one-on-one with children in-home, in-school, and community settings in Arizona. The role focuses on ABA therapy, data collection, and implementing BCBA-developed plans, with a compassionate team supporting growth and meaningful progress.

Flexible scheduling and ongoing training are provided, with opportunities for professional development and advancement within Total Care ABA across Arizona.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification preferred.
• Active registration with the BACB.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• ABA experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress.
• Accurately keep record of client's progress.
• Travel to client's homes/community settings, as required to deliver services.
