Job summary

Total Care ABA in Milan, TN is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support in-home and in-school services across Tennessee. Earn $18–$26 per hour with flexible schedules, paid training, and opportunities for professional growth.

As an RBT you will implement individualized ABA therapy under BCBA plans, collect and document client data, and help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills. Travel to clients' homes or community settings is required.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification
• Active BACB registration
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• ABA experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings as required
• Services provided in person throughout Tennessee
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training and commit to learning and performance improvement
