Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Bartlett, Millington, Germantown & Lakeland, TN. Earn $18–$26 per hour with flexible schedules and in-home or in-school services statewide.

Join a compassionate team helping children with autism reach their full potential. You’ll deliver ABA therapy, collect data, and collaborate with families and BCBA staff. Training is provided and growth opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification
• Active BACB registration
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in person throughout Tennessee
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training and commit to continued learning
