Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy seeks a qualified Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children in the home setting. You will implement individualized plans, collect data, and document progress under the supervision of a BCBA. The role requires reliable transportation and a clean background check.

Typical schedule is Monday through Friday with some weekend coverage as needed, offering growth opportunities, competitive benefits, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective communication in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to communicate with coworkers, supervisors and families.
• Valid state identification card.
• Reliable transportation to commute to locations.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home.
• Implement individualized treatment plans written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
