Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in home, school, or community settings.

You will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with families to promote learning and independence. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for growth into full-time, travel to local sessions, and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients and assist with mobility as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
