Job summary

Golden Steps ABA is seeking an RBT to provide one-to-one ABA therapy to children in home and community settings. You will implement behavioral plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA supervisors to ensure high-quality treatment for ages 2–21.

The role emphasizes reliable transportation, excellent written and verbal communication, and commitment to ongoing training. A high school diploma is required, with paid training and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience as an ABA therapist or 1 year working with children with disabilities/autism preferred but not required.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication
• Willing to have a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults with Autism in home or community settings.
• Implement behavioral interventions and individualized treatment plans for children aged 2–21.
