Job summary

Total Care ABA in Newcomb, New Mexico is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home, school, and community settings under BCBA supervision. You will collect data, implement plans, and help children develop essential skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Spanish-speaking candidates encouraged to apply
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Experience working with children and autism is a plus
• Current RBT certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client progress and support ongoing improvement
• Maintain records of client progress
• Travel to client homes and community settings as needed
• Provide services in person throughout New Mexico
• Participate in staff training and ongoing learning
