Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Deming, NM. Earn $20–$29 per hour with flexible schedules for in-home and in-school ABA services across New Mexico. We provide training, supervision, and opportunities for BCBA fieldwork.

Join a mission-driven team making meaningful progress for children and families. RBTs will deliver individualized therapy, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA supervisors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, dependable, and open to feedback.
• Current RBT certification preferred.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Experience supporting individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Spanish-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Travel to client homes and community sites as needed to deliver services.
