Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in New Mexico for part-time roles with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA-based plans created by BCBA, and collecting data to monitor progress. The company offers flexible scheduling, annual raises, a $500 quarterly bonus for 25 hours/week, holiday pay, travel reimbursement, and opportunities to advance to BCBA with company

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related fields.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work one-to-one with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
