Total Care ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide in-home and school-based ABA therapy across New Mexico. Earn between $20 and $29 per hour, with flexible schedules and training opportunities. We support growth from RBT to BCBA and offer benefits for full-time staff.

Join our mission-driven team to help children reach meaningful progress. Travel to client homes, collaborate with families, and participate in ongoing staff development and supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current RBT certification preferred.
• Experience working with children or autism is a plus.
• Spanish-speaking candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Travel to client homes and community settings as needed.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Participate in ongoing staff training and performance improvement.
• Support daily living and social skills development.
• Track progress and adjust approaches with supervision.
