Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in homes and schools across New Mexico. You will work under BCBA supervision to implement individualized treatment plans and help children reach meaningful goals.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required and registered on the BACB Registry.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to travel locally and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect, record, and report data on client progress.
• Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and families.
