Total Care ABA is hiring registered behavior technicians (RBTs) in Farmington, New Mexico. Join a mission-driven team delivering in-home and in-school ABA services to children and families.

You will implement treatment plans, collect and document client data, support communication and social skills, and collaborate with BCBA supervision to ensure meaningful progress. We offer flexible schedules, paid training, ongoing professional development, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current RBT certification preferred.
• Experience with children and autism a plus.
• Spanish-speaking candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Travel to client homes and community settings as needed.
• Participate in staff training and ongoing learning.
