Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician to support children in home or school settings. The role includes implementing ABA plans designed by a BCBA, using positive reinforcement to foster independence, and collecting data to track progress.

Part-time opportunities, with the chance to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. The team offers mentorship, career growth, and travel to local sessions.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; B.A. preferred for certain roles.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams for success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
