Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician for part-time, in-home sessions across South Carolina. Join our team and grow into full-time as caseloads expand, with mentorship and career development opportunities.

You will implement ABA plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure client progress. Travel locally is required; a high school diploma is necessary, with a preferred bachelor’s in psychology or education.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients and assist with mobility up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
