Job summary

Era ABA Therapy in Virginia is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, community, or school setting under the supervision of a BCBA. Candidates must hold an active RBT certification, have experience with children, reliable transportation, and be able to pass Virginia background checks.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Collect accurate data during each session.
• Support clients in communication, social skills, daily living skills, and behavior goals.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs and caregivers.
