Job summary

Recognizing Children's Gifts in Richmond, Virginia seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA services to clients. You will work under the supervision of a Behavior Analyst, implementing individualized treatment plans and effectively supporting families with behavioral modification strategies.

Ideal candidates must hold an active RBT credential and demonstrate skills in communication and time management. This full-time position offers competitive pay along with health benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated completion of high school or equivalent.
• Active RBT credentialing or eligible for reactivation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services to clients and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Support and provide family training for behavioral modification strategies.
• Complete required documentation including behavioral data and billing records.

Education
