Job summary

PBS Corp. in Massachusetts seeks a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

The position offers mentorship, career growth opportunities, and benefits, with the possibility to move to full-time as caseloads expand. An active RBT certification is required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to sit on the floor and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
