Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide hands-on ABA therapy for children in home, school, or community settings in Massachusetts. The role includes mentorship, ongoing professional development, and clear pathways to leadership within ABA.

The position is part-time with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, offering flexible scheduling, quarterly bonuses, travel reimbursement where applicable, and comprehensive benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
