Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC in Minnesota is seeking RBTs to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children and young adults with autism in home and community settings. You will implement individualized plans, collect data, and collaborate with supervising BCBA to ensure compassionate, effective care.

Qualifications

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with clients aged 2–21 in home or community settings.
• Implement behavioral interventions and individualized treatment plans for pediatric clients.
• Participate in BCBA trainings, team meetings, client observations and parent training as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy sessions as described by treatment plans.
• Maintain data collection and progress notes for each client.
• Adhere to supervision requirements and professional boundaries with families.
