Job summary

Advanced Behavioral Dimensions, LLC is seeking dedicated RBTs to support toddlers, children and teens with autism and developmental challenges. You will work under supervision to implement behavior plans, collect data, and help clients acquire essential daily skills in various settings.

The role offers hands-on training, BCBA supervision hours, and a collaborative team culture designed to empower both clients and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience working with toddlers, children or teens.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to clients in a 1:1 setting.
• Implement Behavior Support Plan under BCBA guidance.
• Maintain confidential health information and accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team; participate in staff meetings and in-service training.
• Debrief caregivers after sessions and support data collection.
