Job summary

Advanced Behavioral Dimensions, LLC is seeking dedicated RBTs to support BCBA-driven behavior plans for toddlers, children, and teens in 1:1 ABA sessions.

You will provide direct therapy, help implement Behavior Support Plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to track progress and adapt interventions as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• RBT credential and willingness to renew
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage in physical activity
• Strong English communication and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to clients in a 1:1 setting
• Implement Behavior Support Plan as directed by the BCBA
• Complete clinical data collection and daily administrative work accurately
• Debrief caregivers after each session
• Collaborate with team and participate in trainings
