Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification required.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage actively with clients.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.

Skills

Experience working with children in ABA therapy

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification

Reliable transportation

Ability to engage actively with clients

Education

High school diploma

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
