Positive Behavior Supports Corporation is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans under BCBA supervision, applying positive reinforcement to foster learning and independence.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, move between sitting and standing, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.

Connaissances

RBT Certification

Experience with children in ABA/childc
