Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks an energetic Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to support learning and independence.

Data collection and collaboration with families and clinical teams are essential, with ongoing professional development and team meetings. Part-time with growth into full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA, childcare, education or related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
