Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism and related developmental disabilities.

You will work 1:1 in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA-based plans created by a BCBA, using positive reinforcement to foster independence. The role offers part-time hours with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, mentorship, and career growth within ABA.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related fields.
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
