Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism across home, school, or community settings. This part-time role offers mentorship, growth opportunities, and hands-on training to advance in ABA.

We provide flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises, a quarterly bonus, holiday pay, and travel/mileage reimbursement where applicable. Full-time benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, and sick time.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology or related field.
• High school diploma required; BA/BS preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
