Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism and developmental disabilities. You will work 1:1 in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA plans designed by a BCBA and using positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

The role offers flexible scheduling with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• Ability to engage with clients and families.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
