Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.

You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence. This part-time role offers mentorship, growth opportunities, travel to sessions, and potential transition to full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related settings.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams for success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
