Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS Corp.) is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.

You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to foster learning and independence. Responsibilities include data collection, collaboration with families and clinical teams, and participation in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA-based support to children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA under supervision.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence; collect progress data.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams; participate in team meetings and training.
