Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children in home, school or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to foster learning and independence.

Travel locally for in-home sessions is required; the role offers flexible scheduling with potential for growth into full-time as caseloads expand and includes earned shift bonuses, paid time off per

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology or related fields.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in psychology/education or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, move between sitting and standing, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
