Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, a pathway to full-time as caseloads grow, annual raises, a quarterly bonus, holiday pay, and the chance to advance from RBT to BCBA with company support.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology or related field.
• High school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
