Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to support children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA and apply positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises, a $500 quarterly bonus for averaging 25 hours weekly, holiday pay, travel reimbursement, and a clear pathway from RBT to BCBA with our support.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
