Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians for part‑time roles with growth to full‑time as caseloads grow. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA plans designed by a BCBA and using positive reinforcement to foster independence.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in psychology/education preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage clients on the floor, assist with mobility and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
