Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings and implement ABA-based plans under a BCBA. Travel locally for in-home sessions is expected, with ongoing mentorship and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams for success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
