Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to join our team, with opportunities to transition to full-time as caseloads grow. You will provide 1:1 ABA-based support in home, school, or community settings under BCBA guidance.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in‑home sessions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage with clients on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions
