Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA, record progress, and collaborate with families and clinical teams.

This role offers flexible scheduling, annual raises, a quarterly bonus of $500 for meeting hours, holiday pay, and opportunities to grow into a BCBA with our support.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
