Job summary

Brighter Strides ABA, LLC is seeking caring RBTs to provide in-home 1:1 ABA therapy for children with ASD. You will work under BCBA supervision, implement individualized plans, and help build skills and independence in every session.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable vehicle and transportation.
• Punctual, professional, and dependable.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to complete a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes.
• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and enter session data electronically.
• Participate in BCBA supervision and team meetings.
• Build positive relationships with children and families.
