Job summary

Brighter Strides ABA is seeking caring, motivated RBTs to join our team. We provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to help them build skills, gain independence, and reach their goals.

You’ll receive BCBA supervision and opportunities to grow professionally in a supportive environment. You will work in clients' homes, collect data, and collaborate with BCBAs to ensure effective therapy plans.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable vehicle and transportation.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Strong communication skills.
• A genuine passion for helping children succeed.
• Willingness to complete a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes.
• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and enter session data electronically.
• Participate in BCBA supervision and team meetings.
• Build positive relationships with children and their families.
